Hello, I have my License in Clinical Social Work and have provided therapy since 2006. I received my undergraduate degree at UCSB and attended graduate school at San Diego State. I have a background in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in medical, mental health, and group home settings. I work with client's by first taking the time to understand their unique situation and needs. I personalize my approach to each client and their situation. I am focused on resolving the issue so the client can live a more full and happy life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and grief.
I strive for each of my clients to feel better after therapy sessions with me. I work very hard to resolve the issue or problem that is bringing you to therapy in a way that is comfortable and productive for you.
