With a background in community organizing, my passion lies in being able to offer mental health resources and services for all, prioritizing support for trauma recovery and the LGBTQ+ community. Ideally we will work through difficult traumas together, cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of purpose, ultimately leading to a fulfilling healing journey toward positive mental health.
Through art, I blend Adlerian and Feminist approaches while harnessing the tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide unique pathways for healing for each client. I firmly believe in the power of creative expression as a catalyst for transformation, reassuring my clients that mastery is not a prerequisite for embarking on a creative healing journey.
