I am a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adults, particularly around issues of life transitions, identity, values, and meaning. I have expertise in LGBTQ+ issues, depression and anxiety, trauma, OCD, and communication issues. I will never judge you for your darkness and will reflect your light back at you until you see it. I am passionate about helping you understand what is going on inside your brain so you don’t think you are broken. However, I believe you are the expert on your own life and we will work together to figure out what approach to therapy will meet your needs.
I am passionate about helping you feel empowered and engaged in your life, both now and in the future. My approach is open-minded, honest, collaborative, trauma-informed, identity affirming, neurodiversity affirming, & strengths-based. I will help you explore and challenge your beliefs, build skills, and help you name your values to define wellness for YOU.

Groups
"How Do I 'People'?" group
A group for neurodivergent folx who generally fall between 18 and 35. This might be someone with autism, who has always felt weird, is confused by people, or maybe you have anxiety which has been exacerbated by the Covid years. We will practice social skills like connecting with others, communicating needs and wants, sharing your interests, having reciprocal conversations, and anything else that is needed by the participants. It is a 12-week group starting in February, with the option to continue, if desired. We will take 10 people, and there is still room for you! Most insurances accepted!
