I enjoy working with folks interested in delving deeper within themselves with curiosity and openness. Together, we'll identify different parts of your self and the stories they hold, creating space to rewrite your narratives from a place of empowerment and work towards meaningful change.
I incorporate IFS, narrative, attachment, & somatic approaches to help clients identify triggers, release limiting beliefs, explore identity, foster emotional health, enhance worthiness, & heal from trauma. I value a relational and systemic lens, examining how systems, cultures, and relationship dynamics shape us.
I deeply respect the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek help, engage in self inquiry, and work toward lasting change.
