Friday and Saturday afternoon openings! Finding a therapist can be a challenge and I hope you are proud of yourself for exploring your options! What drew me to the counseling field is a desire to work with people and offer hope to those who are hurting. Through my own mental health journey, I understand that counseling can offer a safe place to explore and process heavy experiences and big emotions. My professional experience has all centered around relationship building and counseling allows me to use those skills to dive deeper into the healing process and rewarding inner work.
I believe we are designed as relational beings, but so many factors (family dynamics, job stress, worldview differences etc.) can lead to isolation and disconnection. I want to help couples and families reconnect with one another. I also want to help individuals explore identity, family dynamics, life changes, anxiety, depression, and spiritual concerns.
I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey and invite you to reach out. Healing to me is not a destination but a process of exploration. Exploring your mind, emotions, soul, and physical responses. Therapy can help you sit with whatever it is that hurts, dig deep, and decide how to move forward and reclaim your story.
