I am still accepting new individuals, couples, & families. I am a member of PsyPact, which allows me to do telehealth in most states (great for college students, people who travel for work, etc). I have an interest in helping young adults and adults through difficult life transitions and working through the constantly changing ways that we identify and see ourselves as it relates to parenthood, relationships, health, and work, among other things. I also specialize in working with college students and athletes. I help people figure out who they want to be, which might be different from who others think they "should" be.
My approach is to establish a comfortable therapeutic relationship in which we can do this work together. Please contact me to set up a free brief consult or an initial appointment to see if we might be a good fit for each other.
