This can feel very overwhelming and my goal as a therapist is to support you through that process. In my clinical work I take an integrative and evidence based approach to address each person’s unique needs and I believe in empowering my clients to become their own most impactful healers. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
