Therapy can be a bridge to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Help is on the way! Let's work together to assist you to develop awareness of feelings and thoughts and learn how to manage and cope as well as thrive. I meet you where you are. If you are feeling anxiety, depression, or having issues related to trauma exposure we can work together on your journey to wellness and improved mental health. I treat clients 18 and up. Special areas of interest include self esteem, self expression, self compassion and acceptance as well as managing life transitions.
I utilize a trauma informed, developmental, eclectic approach to therapy that includes evidence based techniques from DBT, mindfulness, family systems, positive psychology, expressive and narrative therapies. Art therapy techniques are utilized as well. I want to help you feel grounded and empowered to be able manage your emotions.
You deserve a safe space to process and work towards your mental health goals. I use humor, authenticity, and have a genuine desire to assist you in your wellness journey!
