Anxiety, relationship stress, grief, or other life events can make it difficult to put energy into things that matter most to us. Together, we will explore things that may be getting in the way of your goals and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in order to build lifelong skills and get (or keep) you on a path toward a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I specialize in working with high performers from athletes to executives, so those in high-pressure, performance-based settings are my bread and butter. I have clinical mental health training as well as a certification in mental game coaching and can address a wide range of concerns from performance optimization to ongoing mental health concerns.
Please note that I have clinical social work licenses in both Michigan and Wyoming, but may be able to offer sport performance or consultation services to those in another location. Please reach out if you have any questions about my services or if you may be eligible outside of MI and WY.
