I enjoy working with preteens, teens and adults. I have specialized experience working with juvenile offenders, particularly youth who have been incarcerated. In addition, I have a special interest in helping members of the Native community address issues which sometimes stem from Historical trauma, including family and domestic violence, addiction and poverty. I enjoy watching clients embrace their own strengths and begin to enjoy the freedom and joy which comes from discovering their purpose and living the life they were meant to live.
I am passionate about helping others realize their full potential. Whether this means learning coping skills to deal with anxiety, depression, PTSD or other symptoms and behaviors, I enjoy creating a safe space for clients to explore and engage deeply in their own internal strengths in order to make the changes they desire.
I encourage you to take that first step and reach out for help. If you feel that we are a good fit, we can begin the work of removing the barriers to your success and well-being.
