I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience. I primarily focus on healing the wounds of the past which have become the wounds of the present My specialty is Complex PTSD and it's accompanying overlayment of co-occuring diagnoses, neurodiverse/sensory experiences, and diverse populations & communities LGBTQI+/BIPOC.
My approach is built on self compassion and hope. Through mindset, narrative and best practices to evidenced based care we will work together toward healing and momentum in your life.
