In my practice I use an integrative approach that tailors therapy to match what is best for the individual sitting across from me.
Much of my work has focused on adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, emotion dysregulation, and sexual issues of concern. With saying that I enjoy working with a diverse array of people as my passion is to help those suffering.
