I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. My goal as your therapist is to first and foremost build a relationship with you that allows you to feel safe and comfortable opening up about areas of life that can be difficult to talk about. My therapeutic approach encourages you to use your own strengths to help reach your goals, and to uncover your full potential. I believe that one of the biggest steps in the therapeutic process is just being willing to show up.
I specialize in working with young adults, adults and couples as well as issues related to domestic violence, healthy relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and eating disorders for clients of all ages. I have worked with tribal communities for many years. I have specialized training in trauma focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and EMDR.
I know that reaching out for support is not always easy. I am here to help and looking forward to meeting you. I am licensed in both Arizona and California and able to take new clients from either location via telehealth. I have an office space in Scottsdale for those who prefer in-person visits.
