Rachael, LPC, LPAT, ATR-BC, LCADC, CCTP, C-DBT, CSTS, is a George Washington University alum, where she received her MA in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a licensed clinician, alcohol/drug counselor, board certified art therapist, and eating disorder specialist. She has several years of experience working with individuals of all ages who struggle with eating disorders, addiction and/or co-occurring disorders, through individual, couples, and/or family counseling, in order to effectively treat the whole individual and their family unit.
Rachael utilizes her numerous trainings, including, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Processing), C-DBT (Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CSTS (Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist), to provide clients with the most well-rounded as possible.
Rachael supports creativity, magical thinking, and community engagement. She is passionate about inclusive communities to discuss mental health, body/food freedom, and recovery. Rachael’s goal is to provide the guidance, support, and education to those who may have not had the opportunity otherwise.
