Rachael has a true passion for working with teens, families, and those who feel unheard and marginalized. For over 7 years she worked exclusively with children and their families through a foster care agency, a residential setting, and in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. It is in these work environments that strengthened her abilities in helping clients face deeply rooted traumas that feed their anxiety, depression, negative self talk, and suicidal ideations. It is also through these work experiences that she has become well versed in utilizing suicide risk assessment and interventions, as well as, crisis intervention.
