Maybe you want to alleviate distressing symptoms, find a solution to a particular problem, practice self-exploration or achieve personal growth. My areas of focus are anxiety, performance anxiety, stress management, depression, cultural and racial identify issues, and career development. My goal is to assist you in finding mental clarity, a sense of safety to feel your emotions and give you the ability to perform and live a self-directed, full and meaningful life. I aim to provide you with a safe space online to explore and achieve your goals.
My practice is rooted in the theories of contextual behavioral science, which takes a closer look at the relationships we have, and how we interact with our past and current environments. I utilize techniques of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
