In our sessions, we will shine a light on patterns of conflict or emotional reactivity that developed in response to stress and trauma. We will get curious about what is working for you already and where there is room for growth. I will empower you to self-soothe and guide you in deepening relationships in order to find relief. We will work together to create goals that are right for you.
I draw from psychodynamic, internal family systems, narrative therapy, CBT, and DBT theoretical frameworks. I am passionate about helping clients through identity exploration and processing grief after chronic or complex trauma. Using warmth, I strive to create a judgment-free space where you feel comfortable exploring challenging emotions.
