Beginning therapy is a brave and beautiful step. We’ll work together to promote self-compassion, self-acceptance, and positive changes across all areas of your life. My clients have diverse lived experiences and backgrounds. As such, I approach my practice from an intersectional perspective.
There’s no “one size fits all” formula for successful therapy, so I tailor my approach to fit each unique client. While I work across several areas, some of my main points of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.
I provide a safe space for you to open up and be vulnerable whenever you feel ready. By challenging unhelpful thoughts, sitting with old emotional wounds, and identifying patterns from childhood, you’ll be able to heal and grow into the best, most vibrant version of yourself.
