Currently taking new clients. I'm a kind, gentle, & straight-forward therapist who will help you reach your goals & better quality of life through counseling. I work with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, & personality disorders. I mainly utilize EMDR which utilizes Bilateral Stimulation to reprocess memories so that they no longer have lasting emotional charge & distress. I also utilize Internal Family Systems, Art Therapy, & Play Therapy as they fit the needs of my clients. I also have experience in music performance & can help if you are experiencing performance anxiety of any kind. You can best reach me through text or email.
In my approach to counseling, I gear therapy goals based on the needs discussed to work together. I will push you to meet those goals through kindness, being upfront, & challenging you to push past the symptoms to find coping skills & rise above the challenges you are facing when you come into counseling.

This is something that can be addressed & worked through with empathy & understanding in a safe environment that will push you to grow & reach your goals we've set. GROUP THAT HAS NOT BEGUN YET. Please email your interest. This group will be focused on creating support for experiences of "othering" and religious trauma from past experiences such as negative experiences with coming out, and religious trauma specifically from various religions. This group will be started once we have 7 people set. The cost will be $35/group session which will be 1.5 hours once per week for a 12 week period. I offer payment plans and a special of $350 package for all 12 session to increase fundability.
