I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. I strive to provide a safe, respectful, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment where people can express themselves and explore their personal challenges. I use an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing upon evidence-based treatment interventions that are tailored to the individual's style and needs. I offer parent management training and collaborate with schools. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and ABA. For over 15 years, I have worked with children and adolescents in public schools, hospitals, and residential settings. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, grief/loss, trauma, parenting/family issues, and stress management.
In addition, I have expertise in working with teen and college aged girls.
