It is an honor to be able to witness, guide, and have compassion for the messiness of being human. I specialize working with adolescents, young adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, and women experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, attachment based challenges, relationships, and life transitions. I am dedicated to offering holistic, identity-affirming psychotherapy and integrate an anti-oppressive framework into treatment.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I love using nervous system regulation skills to support clients both inside and outside of session.
I will support you to develop introspection and cultivate the inner strength to create lasting positive changes. I believe in living authentically, and for me that means showing up as a therapist how I do in the rest of my life- with care, and humility!
