If you are seeing this profile, you have already taken the important step in recognizing that your mental health is important. Whether you are currently dealing with something hard or you are processing something that has happened to you; I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I am committed to providing a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. I utilize a trauma informed approach and believe in the possibilities and power of change. I am also trained in EMDR and find to be a powerful approach for many clients.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Addictions Specialist (LAC) with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with people with diverse backgrounds and with many different issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+, HIV, relationship struggles, life transitions, or just feeling plain stuck in life.
I believe that the "answers" are often within us and when you allow yourself to be open to exploring your inner world; the path of healing and inner peace starts to become apparent. Call or email me to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. I look forward to working with you!
