I have built my practice to help others navigate the hard in life. It might mean setting boundaries, changing the way you think, recognizing patterns, or it may mean I just sit with you in the hard.
Using a strengths-based and person-centered approaches, I balance with directness. I have over 10 years experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient, inpatient, and private practice settings. My background allows me to help clients with some of the most challenging difficulties in life. I do all of this around your schedule and convenience!
