I am a licensed therapist as well as a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia. I offer tools and resources to empower you. I collaborate with you in order to resolve issues as if they were my own. I use multiple therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness- based Stress Management, meditation, and others.
In today's world, members of society are farther away from one another, increasing feelings of loneliness; leaving many without an objective ear to hear their stories and support them with solutions to make a great life.
