Are you looking for in-person sessions with someone you can easily connect with? Have you been thinking about engaging in talk therapy but have not made the commitment? I offer in-person and occasionally virtual evening hours and Saturday morning/early afternoon. The issues I am best suited to treat include stress/anxiety, life transitions, relationship problems, and grief and loss. I bring together several treatment modalities such as CBT, short-term solutions focused counseling, family of origin work depending on the presenting issues. Although I do have a small waitlist, please email me with any questions.
I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and collaborative environment for therapy to take place. I have extensive experience working with First Responders, medical professionals, teachers and law enforcement personnel. I have a strong background in employee assistance work. I see folks from all types of backgrounds and cultures.
