THE bravest thing we can ever do is ask for help. It can be hard scrolling through here, trying to find someone who may be a good fit for you. I've felt that, too (so have my clients). As a Making Sense of Your Worth Facilitator, I utilize Attachment-based strategies and Parts Work to provide a highly structured path for healing and growth. Although I've worked with many different types of people, I see the most growth from this work in high-performing adults.
