My services focus on treating trauma related mental health problems, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I use a comprehensive approach to treatment tailored to fit your specific needs. I Incorporate a variety of interventions, including EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, EFT and Polyvagal Theory, and work collaboratively with you to set and achieve your goals.
