CBT Based Process Group
Process provides an opportunity for participants to explore and discuss situations that are impacting their lives and get many different perspectives, feedback , and support from both peers and clinicians. A Clinician will incorporate CBT skills as they relate to your topics to help you gain awareness of how your beliefs, perceptions, and opinions impact your feelings and reactions. Each group will end with a coping skill such as relaxation, grounding, and mindfulness to provide guidance on how these skills can be used in real life situations.
