I am not accepting new clients! Welcome; I am so glad you are here and decided to take the first step. I know change can be scary and unsure, but that does not mean you have to do it by yourself. I believe in meeting the client where they are and fostering their strengths. In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering atmosphere where clients will achieve their full potential. I guide and support clients through a strength-focused CBT approach. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults that struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and bipolar disorder.
However, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety and depression and assisting with developing self-esteem, self-worth, and life transitions. I offer different approaches to guide clients in identifying difficulties and developing strategies to manage them.
