My name is Qiana Rushing and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I received my Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I strongly believe in working with my clients to assist in identifying strengths, needs, supports, and community resources in efforts of minimizing challenges and maximizing personal goals. It is my goal to remain dedicated to providing therapeutic interventions and services to families that are geared towards overall quality of life improvements.
My number one goal is to help you feel heard. I am here to listen, to validate, and to help reduce and/or eliminate symptoms for an overall better quality of life. I work especially well with trauma anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, loneliness, social isolation, grief/loss, and societal pressures; all in a safe environment.
