I am a counselor that specializes in early adulthood transitions. I have worked in juvenile detention centers, schools, and colleges using talk therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help young adults develop their sense of self, improve their outlook on life, and build reliable coping skills for the stressors of adulthood.
