Purple Change Wellness is a small private practice located in the heart of Downriver Michigan. If you are not familiar with Downriver, it is a collections of cities just south west of Detroit. Our founder, Angelah Cramer is no stranger to the mental health system. After years of substandard therapy, she knew there was a better way. Having experienced early childhood trauma and chronic trauma, she has vowed to create change. From Purple Change Wellness to the developing non-profit Purple Change Wellness Institute of Trauma Recovery and Well-Being, she strives to provide high quality, evidence based treatments that promote healing.
Purple Change Wellness aims to provide you with the education and support to build the skills needed to become a self-aware, emotionally mature adult living free from the things that limit you.
It takes a tremendous amount of courage to admit limitations and hold yourself accountable to do the healing work. Through this process, you will be provided compassion, guidance, and direct feedback to guide you to achieving your goals.
