I am incredibly fortunate to have my dream job and feel a sense of fulfillment and pride in my work everyday. I know for many of us we do not have that opportunity and have numerous challenges that prevent us from feeling fulfillment, happiness or stability, which can cause immense distress that may be due to anxiety, depression, panic, and feeling lost in general among other complex emotions. Counseling can help give you clarity, and create and work towards goals that lead to happiness and optimism about life overall, you just have to reach out.

Since 2008 I have been privileged to work with individuals and families, I have a specific interest in anxiety, trauma, mood disturbances, & family changes such as divorce or separation. I specialize in working with teens and adults with anxiety and trauma.
