As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide therapy for families, couples, and individuals using an holistic approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused, and Family Systems Therapy with a goal to resolve core conflicts, develop healthy cognitive patterns and find solutions to overcome such issues as anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, trauma, stress, relationship issues and other life changing events.
There is an old Native American saying, “If you are riding a dead horse, the best thing you can do is dismount.” Which is to say, if one is stuck in the past we need to find ways to move beyond the issues that keep us from personal growth and development.
