I have been a licensed professional counselor for over a decade, working with adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, mood disorders, relationship issues, and codependency. I focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to develop coping skills to help you move successfully to a full and happy life. I can help you develop mindfulness practices and tools to enhance your recovery.
In addition to my private practice, I also provide psychotherapeutic services at a hospital specializing in children and adolescents with medical and psychological challenges.
I have a wealth of life experiences including multiple careers, loss of loved ones, failure recovery, cancer survivor, and raising challenging kids. Let me know if I can help.
