My Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness has taught me to view people holistically and dynamically. As an integrative practitioner, I aim to do just that. By mastering multiple modalities including, but not limited to, dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy I can honor your goals and individuality.
