Supporting others on their healing journey is an absolute joy and privilege that I take seriously. Some of the more common issues I work with include depression/anxiety, self-esteem building, family/cultural dynamics, relationship issues, college/life transitions, and complex trauma. My approach is gentle and structured. I actively and deeply listen to my clients while providing empathy and care. Providing my clients with warmth and a safe healing space is very important. I enjoy working with young adults, couples, multicultural clients, children aged 4-11, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
My clients benefit most from therapy when they attend regularly and are open to exploring their communication, childhood memories, and internalized patterns. We will work on deconstructing old narratives, unpacking trauma, and strengthening relationships. As a systemically trained clinician, I utilize techniques from IFS, EFT, and Narrative-based models etc.
