I provide therapy to teens and adults for anxiety, depression, and trauma. Stress, low self-worth, impulsive behaviors, and past wounds can hold us back from living the life we want. I use a holistic approach combining traditional talk therapy with skill building to help clients create lasting change. I am also certified through EMDRIA in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful, evidenced based psychotherapy approach that has helped people of all ages relieve many types of psychological distress and live more fully in the present.
Research shows that the greatest predictor of progress in therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. Knowing this, I work very hard to establish a strong connection so that we are able to do our best work together.
