I believe therapy is a personal, powerful journey toward change and healing. I work with adults whose challenges include relationship issues, codependency, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Understanding how culture, social identities, and environment shape life experiences forms a basis for my work. As a queer woman of color therapist, I also help clients explore sociocultural concerns including racial identity, gender, sexual orientation, and more.
As your therapist, I aim to create a safe space where we can work together to develop a deep understanding of who you are, explore changes you want to make, and understand what is keeping you stuck. I believe patterns from the past often show up in the present in unhelpful ways—together, we can identify and free you from them so that you can grow and heal.
