I'm here to help. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through issues of depression, anger, anxiety, family conflict, self-esteem, and life's many challenges. I am a caring and empathetic therapist. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment to explore issues that are distressing. I specialize in providing couple's and marriage counseling through Emotion Focused Therapy. This is the most effective type of couple's therapy and has proven results.
