I specialize in working with women and folx in the LGBTQIA+ community coping with past/recent trauma. I have completed EMDR basic training, an evidenced-based practice which has proven effective for the treatment of trauma. I practice based primarily in EMDR, parts work, somatic based work, with use of polyvagal theory, mindfulness, DBT and CBT skills.
