My approach to therapy is to work in the here-and-now from a psychodynamic and relational perspective, weaving in CBT and mindfulness approaches where appropriate. I strive to offer a safe and secure place where life challenges and transitions can be explored. I support the cultivation of awareness, authenticity and understanding of self and others.
I work with a diverse population of adults of all ages with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and trauma. I specialize in relational trauma.
