As a Licensed Professional Mental Health Therapist, Board Certified Supervisor, Trauma Specialist and Parent-Child Psychotherapist, I am committed to using multiple modalities for change. The majority of my counseling experience consists of working with adults, families, and children. I specialize in prenatal women and children under the age of 5. I use my understanding of attachment theory, person-centered, neurobiology and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT/ DBT) and EMDR as the foundation for my therapeutic work.

I have extensive work with adults around anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and reduced coping skills. I am a State of Arizona Clinical Supervisor, authorized to provide oversight for licensed therapists who are not at the Professional Level.

I am a Rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy Therapist and Supervisor, Adverse Childhood Experiences Trainer and Circle of Security approved Facilitator and Certified EMDR therapist
