People face many challenges in their lives that they have difficulty to address. My primary goal is to help people find new ways to address stress, cope with complicated relationships, and face many other common life challenges. I help preteens, adolescents, and adults address their mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), self-esteem, mood disorders, personality disorder, and stress. I hope to help the client to address their issues and live healthier lives. By applying therapeutic techniques will help the client to learn how to better manage life situations.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the client’s trials and tribulations that helps them address their issues and achieve their goals. Some techniques utilized are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, person-centered, psychodynamic, rational emotive behavior (REBT), and trauma focus.
As we work with one another, I hope to help you find a healthy solution to address your life challenges and help you find peace.
