I have a few openings for summer with limited Friday/Saturday availability! Are you living the life you want? Did you know you are the main character in your life? The counseling I do is centered around your needs and goals to live your authentic journey! I work with teens and adults who struggle with depression and anxiety with a specialization helping neurodivergent individuals. I like to help people realize their own authentic self and sometimes that is using expressive art therapy when words can not describe the emotional pain or pattern of thoughts.
My style is relaxed, and down to earth. I use a person- centered, holistic approach and draw from ACT, talk therapy and non-verbal Expressive/ Experiential therapy. Art and music therapy can be highly beneficial for neurodivergent people, offering unique ways to express, communicate, and manage emotions. These therapies aid in non-verbal communication,
I believe each person has within them what they need to heal and change, and that all people are innately creative. Expressive art therapies DO NOT require any art making experience, it's all about the process! I see ages 13 and up. Some weekday afternoon and Saturday appointments available.
