I have been in the helping profession for over 20 years and have practiced in a variety of settings including a VA Medical Center, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, private practice, and a university in Trinidad & Tobago. I also provide EMDR therapy for trauma healing.
I believe that each person is an expert on themselves, and I enjoy assisting people in their healing from trauma, grief, adjustment issues, health issues, and other life challenges.
