I have experience as a classroom teacher, counseling overseas and have worked closely with military personnel and their families. As a former college ROTC cadet and military spouse, I have first-hand experience in overcoming the difficulties of a military lifestyle and the mental health issues which may arise due to relocation, deployment, and reintegration.
