I am a Level 1 IFS Therapist, also completed an Intimacy From the Inside Out (Level 2), working towards IFS certification. I come with extensive training on Psychedelic harm reduction and integration. With me you can explore within yourself in a space that allows for reflection, and exploration of internal experience to increase self-awareness.
I am a latine (puertorican) queer parent and my pronouns are she/they/ella/elle. My first language is Spanish and provide bilingual services.
