My approach is intentionally eclectic and integrative, allowing for your unique strengths and struggles to guide our work. At the heart of my practice, is a strong appreciation for the importance of developing a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will listen without judgment, offer feedback based on my knowledge and observations, and together, help formulate attainable goals for our work.
With over 15 years working with children, adolescents, families, and adults, I continue to be grateful for the space each client allows me in their life. I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression, trauma, stress reduction/management, balancing life roles, domestic violence (child and adult), educational underachievement and ADHD.
