I have 27 years of experience in the Social Work field and have developed a therapeutic style that is characterized by empathy, approachability, transparency and non-judgment.
I use a person-centered, strengths-based therapeutic approach to treatment, and I enjoy utilizing art, music and other creative methods in my practice. Issues that I specialize in working with include trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, LGBTQIA+ issues, Schizophrenia, and relationships.
